The Holy Spirit gives us wisdom that Oxbridge and Ivy League colleges know nothing of.
Shielding people from pain and confrontation is not good leadership. It's more like being an overprotective parent and we know what they produce 🫣
Shame and its concomitant guilt hamstring a person. If shame and guilt are merely social constructs why are people debilitated?
A wise leader empowers the future for others by recalling the past.
We shouldn't discount the foundations of yesterday to erect edifices today. Tomorrow may count on it.
Recalling the past can greatly benefit faith for today. Think - Passover.
Joshua sent spies before him to see how it could be done - not whether it could be done. Due diligence is not disbelief.
Courage breeds courage and hesitancy, hesitancy. Do it afraid or not.
When you are leading, the longer you have served with others the better for the people you'll lead.
