I have no energy in me to hate anyone, I literally have no space in my heart to carry that sh*t around. I either love you, wish you well, or hope you heal.

Highly sensitive people feel everything on a much deeper level. We don't just experience your surface level emotions...we feel your energy shifts, intentions, judgments, truths – and bullsh*t.

at a stage in my life where i won’t water dead connections or resurrect older versions of myself to make other people comfortable, at a point where i’m fine being less palatable even if my truth doesn’t taste sweet.

at a stage in my life where i’m believing what i’m shown and trusting in how energy feels instead of trying to convince myself otherwise, at a point where i won’t self sabotage or abandon my intuition to change narratives that don’t belong to me.

to whom this many concern; accept that compliment, acknowledge the appreciation. stop using humility as a shield when people tell you good things about yourself or affirm things that validate the effort you’re putting into you. don’t make your soul a no-fly zone for good energy.

there’s nothing more beautiful than learning to tap into your own self worth instead of extending your cup in hopes of being filled by hands that don’t know how to hold you or handle your light. your love language stops sounding so foreign when you direct that energy back home.

to whom this may concern; stop waiting for the perfect moment to go after what you want, stop waiting for everything to align to finally find contentment, stop waiting for validity and acceptance from anyone to live the life you want to live. stop waiting.
