Had a conversation with my friend yesterday and he is willing to spend $100 per month to build a SAAS which he is using today at $29. I don't think this is the right choice, the cost of building and cost of operating it does jot justify building it. He is happy with the current setup but want to build it considering the trend that everyone is building it.
@ChaiAndMiles I tried it back in the day and loved it. Then only issue was managing work along with it. Overall the experience was great and felt refreshed.
Ok, I have finally moved all my scheduling to cal.com Initially it was using the back n forth but now nit is time to host a specific page for it.

@gregisenberg Absolutely the agent experience is going to be the next wave of applications coming up. Initially we have to think about only user experience and now if you are not thinking about agent experience you are going to miss a lot of opportunities in future.
