I can’t support tribalism—it’s against everything I believe. It has divided Somalis, stolen lives, and delayed progress for decades. Seeing educated people stuck in this mindset is heartbreaking. Unity is the only path forward.
Tribalism made us overlook the value of skilled work in our own communities. Now, we do those same jobs in foreign lands, a painful reminder of how we wasted talent and divided ourselves. We failed to see the worth in each other, and it cost us.

Finally,the Afar noticed they can't take Somali towns by force.I'm glad to see the agreement on a ceasefire, security buffer zone, return of displaced people, and further peaceful talks.Both communities can live in peace now if the Afar don't start conflicts like they did before.
It deeply saddens me to witness the ongoing conflict between our Somali and Afar brothers and sisters. Both of our communities share a common faith and heritage, yet we are tearing each other apart over land disputes. This violence must stop immediately. #ethiopia
you claim to be educated and knowledgeable, with many degrees. However, if you continue to engage in tribalism and divide your own people, that cannot be considered true education.
