As a kid I used the fridge to stretch but it was a lot harder back then as I was so short but also more flexible. I still use it today as well at 50 now, & even harder to hold your leg up like that then to actually kick, as I can still kick about 9 feet high as seen in my vids.

I still got some of my dark tan left from Summer so I may go as Iron Mike Tyson this year for Halloween instead of my usual horror costumes lol.

SUMMER is almost over, when I go from a black person back to white lol. Still working out doing P90X for almost 19 years now, and 43 years in the martial arts now and still going STRONG! I will always be eternally young forever mentally, physically, and spiritually!
