Court who develops a habit of rage baiting Ryland on weekends that he's working in the lab "I can't find the cereal." "It's RIGHT THERE." "No, that says family size. You said you just wanted Cheerios, not family size Cheerios." "Courtland I will---" "Connection's bad, love you!"

It’s not the watches or the clothes. It’s not the car, the new glasses, the fancy books or new phone or the classroom supplies. No it’s that every time he calls Ryland on his lunch he’s eating actual food and not a bag of chips that tip Colt off that Ryland has a s/ugar daddy.

The money on the tab will cover the rest of the bill. And Ryland is a little stunned but also almost in tears that’s so sweet. For a while they talk about records and Ryland mentions the new corner. Mr Gentry smiles and it’s really nice. Three weeks later, they have their+
