@GotDiva I've posted pictures of the destruction of the massive Emeryville Mound when they used a steam shovel to take it down. San Francisco Bay alone had 450 mounds. Right now I believe that there are over 60 sites remaining in California with mounds.
Don’t be a snob about reading. The best reason to read anything is because of the joy it brings. Books were made to shock and enchant and delight. They’re just about the only magic we have left in a world that is starved for wonder.
Last year the council decided not to mow or maintain the grass verges in our neighbourhood. So a local resident has dug this verge over and replaced the grass with potatoes, rhubarb and various herbs. Anarchy?
