I do not believe in the labor theory of value and neither do you or anybody else. Very few people see an art piece and like it on an insticntive level because they feel a lot of effort was put into it. Oftentimes, it's actually the inverse; low effort pieces are better liked.

I do not think AI-generated images are anything which can be called "art" but if your sole argument against that classification is that human-produced art/code/whatever is better because effort was invested into it, then — I'm sorry, but — you're not making a convincing case.

There are extremely few people who actually fundamentally oppose OSA/KOSA. The issue they always have is that the implementation would be easy to bypass/exploit. If it wasn't exploitable, they'd be perfectly happy cutting all teenagers off from the internet.

The only conservative thing about the laws are the continual attempts to rope trans ideology in with the latter — which always fail. LGBT lobbying groups universally supported KOSA and KIDS up until Trump was elected, and will return to supporting them after he's gone.
