I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.
But nothing else. Phone transmits to both pairs of hearing aids. It is iOS. iPhone 13 pro max.
@RextonHearingUS did you update the app? Overnight, my hearing aids no longer receive from the smartransmitter. I have reset everything and tried 2 different pairs of hearing aids. I get pairing and audio signal from the transmitter and a tone from the app.

THIS IS ABSOLUTE INSANITY! IT WAS MY MONEY! Apparently, the only way is to get the permission of the other passenger to use the eCredit that I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR!!
@Delta your eCredit policy is insane. I bought two tickets. One under my name and one under another name. We had to cancel. I got eCredits. Remember! I bought them!! Now, I find that I can't use the eCredit associated with the other passenger even though I BOUGHT THEM!!!
@united It was resolved by calling and being on hold and having to call back. Seems unnecessary that customers can't use their Travel Bank without being required to call customer service.
@united Good Afternoon! Why is it that your website and app do not have the functionality to allow me to pay for my flight using the money in my Travel Bank account? Now I am caught on Customer Service hold. I'll probably miss my flight it will take so long (it's in late May)
And turn off that ridiculous AI bot that answers the phone. Useless piece of garbage.
