No longer interested in carrying their top tier card or building less rapid points. Instead will use our cards that reward travel or perks on other airlines w/ better flight options. Bc @SouthwestAir is officially the same as everyone else. And that’s not a compliment.

Southwest built itself on loyalty of those of us who fly for family/school/pleasure, carrying top tier credit card & appreciated recognition for loyalty in perks w/o wkly travel. These changes prove that is no longer. So w/o market share in most areas, no longer have reason.

New investors & current board do not understand loyalty. They talk of the most loyal customers & in same breath about those flying 100+ legs/year they are clearly confused. Flying that much is generally for business w/ goal of getting there fastest/cheapest.

@JVTheTrib @PghPolice @TribLIVE Never. It NEVER starts with facilities. It ALWAYS starts with people. FYI- maybe some were misinformed, but you are in the PEOPLE business.

@Highmark_BCBS I was afraid this would be the only way to get a reply. Will do. Thank you.

@Highmark_BCBS Please explain how w/ very high coverage, a bill for ambulance transport from local ER to large Univ. hospital was repeatedly denied when ER docs determined transfer was medically necessary for treatment needing chest tube for multiple lung punctures.

Shame on you @Highmark_BCBS that it requires us to now pay a credit agency because you have a system of torturing and failing your customers who are paying thousands for your “insurance coverage.” And that social media may very well be the only way to get an actual answer.

And trying to understand how @Highmark_BCBS can still figure that required ER to ER transport for life saving care should be denied on it not being medically necessary when ambulance transport was incl. in benefits w/ $75 deductible & ambulance was not used getting to ER#1

Gave up and accepted, paying the first $1000 bill for a 10-min. ambulance transport for our child, still trying to get anyone competent to deal w/ bill for hospital-to-hospital transport where self transport was denied by ER doctors who better knew fragile lung issue.

While we continued to attempt to resolve it, we were also trying to resolve another ambulance bill being denied for our college child who had zero choice also but to be transported by ambulance, per campus safety. Also, experiencing the same issue with your agents.

Additionally after countless calls, taking hours of time, & always seemingly only ever connecting with “an agent” all of whom sadly struggled through questions with only a mediocre understanding of English and clearly had the same script, the bill was sent to collections.

@MFriez @MTLSD Our last just graduated, but I am confident MtL is in good hands with Ms. Friez. Likewise, Ms. Friez, I know you have an amazing crew of exceptionally experienced, talented, & caring teachers and administrators. I look forward to hearing about all the future greatness at Lebo.

@MFriez @MTLSD Just 10 school yrs ago, Ms. Friez was my first Principal in PPS when I accepted a teaching position in their Engineering program. The following yr, we chose MTL moving our home & our kids from the Diocese to Jeff Elem, Jeff Mdl, and the HS. Both proved to be excellent choices.

@MartyGriffinKD @KDKARadio Have you spent any of your coverage yet encouraging people to learn about the problem, show a little kindness, or just walk by recording these people and judge? publicsource.org/shelter-stakes…
