I actually have a serious problem giving and receiving hugs and I honestly don’t know how to be better.😔 Like how can I love someone so much(platonically) and not want to exchange hugs with themmm???😪

@snippets_momo Mo! There is a reason I engage your posts so much 😭 too much relatability 😭 ahhh. This thing almost “koba’d” me ni relationship 😭. I’ve always thought it to be trauma response of some sort, like something I repressed in childhood 😭
