有人这样解决降智问题，可try： 在所有中转上删除对应的账号 登录ChatGPT网页版，退出所有会话 修改密码 + 2FA 从此刻起，静置24小时 24小时后更换出口ip重新sub2api授权登录（最好限制下并发 < 3） 然后应该就好了，如果还没好的话，那就没办法了。
作为尊贵的GPT 200刀订阅用户，这两天为这个满截的错误搞了心态。还好有Zcode顶着。 我让Zcode给我遍历测试所有IP出口节点，总能找到可用节点，终于通畅了。 结论就是当前换出口IP:印度孟买，瑞典，法国，南非。 建个SKILL复用。 ”Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.“
近期我的Codex老是提示 “Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.”，根本没法使用。 以为是账号多处登陆被限制了。 但其实，就是字面上的意思，换个出口IP就好了，这个，得看运气。
实测下来有个问题，GPT-5.6 sol, GPT-6 astra能用了，但是，体感上，它降智了。 这个就无解了， 账号肯定是被打标了🥸
提示词：本地运行 Codex 或使用 Codex 应用时频繁提示：“Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.”请判断问题来自账号还是访问 IP。我是 ChatGPT Pro 用户，使用 Clash Verge 代理，常用模型为 GPT-5.6 Sol。请测试所有可用地区 IP，找出能够稳定连续对话至少 5 轮的方案。

@jimmyjiangYEZ 我也是这问题，但同事们的好好的。 怀疑是我的账号被 限制 了，但没证据。
我真实的经历，以前查docker 环境的错误； 或者有个bug，只有在生产环境才能查； 或者是 新人接手项目运维； 都要花很多时间，现在用cc+glm4.7，基本都能在多轮对话后解决问题。 一定要注意不要开dangious 模式，默认只读模式，小心任何修改操作。
智谱 z.ai 上市了, 我已经充值了半年的 coding plan, GLM 4.7确实量大管饱, 主要用在生产,测试服务器上, 遇到什么问题帮心Debug,或者做一些运维的工作,确实方便,省事不少.
