It takes time and courage to build a good team. But when you do, they are unstoppable. First rule of management is not to see your team as resources but engineers, designers, product managers and scrum masters. Second rule is to have a common goal, to eliminate egos and blame.
The best way to scale is to build a platform from existing frameworks and add your own special sauce.
Life is like software, and viruses are like bugs. To handle a bug you need to first isolate it and then fix the code. Less code is also always easier to maintain so self isolation is crucial. Be healthy, be safe.

People skills are crucial for an Software Architect. You realize you become more of a negotiator, consultant then a technical leader.
It is not very good idea to generate code from one language to another because you do not understand or know the language. It always failed!
