@TicketmasterUK Hi I’ve been locked out of my Ticketmaster account . I’ve tried multiple devices and networks. I urgently need access to retrieve my Oasis presale code for tomorrow’s sale. Please assist as soon as possible, this is time-sensitive and I’ve exhausted all usual troubleshooting steps

@TicketmasterCS I can’t access my Lana Del Rey tickets for 28th June because this keeps showing up, I’ve tried different browsers and different WiFi

@TicketmasterUK won’t let me buy another ticket for oasis despite me clearly being verified as a human as you let me buy one ages ago? Absolute shambles had about 5 in the bag and cant proceed to checkout

@Ticketmaster absolute scammers I waited 42 mins got to no 1 in the cue then kicked out @DollyParton

@Ticketmaster has completely ruined the ticket buying experience. #ticketmaster #dollyparton #dollyatcaesars

@TicketmasterUK I'm trying to get tickets tomorrow. Last time was a nightmare. Should I use the app or the website? Is it ok to use my home WiFi or should I use my slow mobile data? How do I not get mistaken for a bot on my android phone?

Anyone know how to contact @TicketmasterUK to find out where your e tickets are?! Rubbish company to try and contact

@Ticketmaster @TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS I have sold my ticket on the resale site but I’m not getting the money. I keep receiving emails telling me the payment failed but my bank details are correct. Nobody is getting back to me from customer support. Please help.

@TicketmasterUK is an absolute shit-show, every time I’m loggin in to look for tickets constantly “browsing activity has been paused’ ‘unusual behaviour been detected’.

@Ticketmaster your accessibility booking service is so discriminating. I went to book BP Adelaide tix online in a stand but had to use your accessibility service. They tried to say they aren’t on sale. I had to screenshot your own page. By the time they reply. Sorry sold out? 😡

@LiveNation @Ticketmaster I paid for 2 fast lane and they didn’t even scan them, they sent us in with everyone else. I paid for fast lane for all my future concerts, so I’m not gonna be wasting money again?

@TicketmasterUK can you say how long before the linkin park london gig you’ll be allowing ticket transfer?
