Dear sir @dpradhanbjp @Madhu_Bangarapp This NEP rule is creating utter confusion in the country. Every state has its own interpretation and rules. This is creating inconsistencies and severe inconvenience to children and parents. Please bring clarity before it’s too late.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia While on International trip, IR pack was activated from ur end without my consent. I have intentionally not opted for it as I had a local sim. I became aware of this only when I saw my bill. Kindly revert charges on service that was not requested

Hi @airtelbank, I have been requesting for support in your DM from 2 days n I haven't Received a call back There is no option available to talk to your customer care. My account is closed without any notification. LI need to know what happened.This is really poor customer Service

Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK although we wanted to retain our landline due to sentimental values, your failure to provide basic service to keep the phone working has forced us to go for disconnection.
