Really disappointing service from @Hermesparcels. Ordered two parcels for next day delivery- one i ordered Sunday, still not arrived. One i ordered yesterday, still not arrived. Tried to contact customer service, no luck. Will not be using again for deliveries.

If you go into cardiac arrest, without a defibrillator, you have a 7% chance of survival. If a defibrillator is on the patient within 3 mins, the chances of survival is over 70%. Every school, university, workplace, recreational place should have one. They should be everywhere.

This afternoon the AMH Theatre and Recovery team were the recipients of the NHSG Orange Award. We are incredibly proud and grateful and will continue to provide excellent care to the women and families of the north east, as well as look after each other!
