@gmiller My oldest is almost 8. Do you have teenagers? Any tips on how to keep the relationship good with them through those years so that I don't hear any "I hate you" or that I can hear past it? I don't remember feeling that way toward my parents so maybe I should just ask them.
@gmiller Agreed. Maybe some kids are really painful to be around I guess...but as a dad of only daughters, any close and engaged time together is so very fulfilling. I guess I'll enjoy it while they're not yet teenagers.

@bryan_johnson There's nothing actionable other than to live healthy anyway. This is why personalized preventive medicine other than maybe cancer or autoimmune disease is dumb. It's the same answers for everyone
