a reminder #46: you have a problem of thinking too much and that is why you keep going in circles.

go to sleep remembering that you made it through another say and that is truly an amazing feat. you are so incredible, you are so strong; and you can do it again tomorrow.

Stop scrolling for a moment. We want to remind you that you are enough, just as you are. Take a breath and let that sink in: You are enough.

On bad mornings: Step 1: piece it back together Step 2: get out of bed Step 3: wash your face Step 4: piece it back again Step 5: walk out the door You can do it!

reminders to myself when i walk into during a depressive episode: 1. smile, people here don’t need to know. 2. you will make it to the end of this day and tomorrow will be better 3. keep your head up. you made it to work and thats incredible in and of itself.

somedays you wake up ready to conquer the world. somedays you wake up and it feels like the world has already conquered you. but you can do this...you can push through the fog and make it your day.

if you feel too much, accept it and understand that feeling too much is your superpower. you experience emotions in such a deep way, you understand others on a level no one else can even grasp...and that is so special.

a reminder #45: there are so many theories about the best way to do something. you can never really tell what is true and what is not. the best way to do something is to just do it.

If you’re feeling tired, it’s OK to pause and rest. Take whatever time you need so you can continue the journey.

Failing does not make you a failure. You are worthy of another chance. Keep trying.
