Admin Ops: staffing and back-office support for growing businesses: admin, legal assistants, bookkeeping, and operations, handled. 📩 [email protected]adminops.comJoined October 2026
I’ve heard 3 people tell me that Grok @bot is integrating deeply in their business and personal lives and that it’s absolutely amazing.
If anyone’s using it, I’d be curious to hear what it’s doing for you that’s better/different that other LLMs
We're seeing the same thing on the business side. Pair Grok Bot with a trained virtual assistant and a small law firm suddenly has intake, calendaring and follow-ups handled overnight. AI does the legwork, a real person checks it. That combo is what we set up for clients at Admin Ops.
@mcalamaras@SarasotaMagazin Three in one year is impressive. Awards like that usually come from clients who feel taken care of, which is the hardest thing to fake. Congratulations to you and the team.
@MarkTMeredith Those numbers are going to surprise a lot of people come tax time. It's a great example of why someone actually has to read the fund estimates every fall instead of finding out from the 1099. Clients rarely see that kind of work, but it saves them real money.
@joshmaycpa Thanks for sharing this, it's not said enough in professional services. Busy season culture treats burnout like proof you care. Glad you're coming out the other side of it.
@joshmaycpa Agree, and the consent form is the part most firms skip. Telling clients up front how AI is used and that a person still reviews the work turns a worry into a selling point. The firms that get ahead of it won't have to explain it later.
@S_Hansv That's a classy move and it saves everyone an awkward surprise. Transfers go smoother when nobody feels blindsided, and it reflects well on the client and the new advisor. Small courtesies like that build a reputation.
@olsonplanner Working because you want to and not because you have to is the best outcome there is. Congrats to her, and to you for helping get her there. That last line about the admin made me laugh.
@olsonplanner Respect for saying no instead of overloading the queue. Being honest about capacity and pointing people somewhere good protects the clients you already have. More firms should be that upfront.
@MichaelKitces This applies to every professional services firm I've seen. Discounting feels like generosity in the moment, but the clients are the ones who get hurt when the practice can't survive a bad year. Pricing for sustainability is part of serving people well.
@MarkTMeredith We see the same thing on the legal side. AI can produce a document that looks finished, but it can't tell someone which part actually matters for their situation. That judgment is still why people pick up the phone and call a real professional.
@Nexthomedriven 'Real estate is local' is the truth. Buyers can pull numbers from any app, but they can't get someone who knows which streets move fast and why. Good to see brokers putting that knowledge on camera.
@TheViaDomusTeam Every agent has opened THE closet during a showing. Buyers open everything, so a ten-minute closet clear-out can matter as much as the fresh paint.
@peaceseller Deadlines scattered across emails and PDFs is exactly where deals get into trouble, so this is a real problem to solve. Curious whether the agent and the transaction coordinator both see the same timeline, since that handoff is usually where things slip.
@jbrenizer Love this use case. The part I'd keep human is a quick second look at the dates the AI pulled, because a misread deadline is the expensive mistake. AI to do the digging and a person to confirm it is the combination that works.
@JoshBarnettRE The taxes-in-arrears tip is a perfect example of the detail sellers never think about until it shows up on the settlement statement. Walking them through a net sheet this early builds a lot of trust. Five minutes well spent.
@thatbillkelly Pre-final walkthroughs on new builds are underrated. Catching the punch-list items a week out instead of at the closing table keeps everybody calmer, especially the buyer. Congrats on getting this one to the finish line.
@A_DiDonato Getting the agreement in writing up front saves so many awkward conversations later. When buyers know exactly what you're doing for them and how you're paid before the first showing, the whole relationship runs smoother.
