Can you point me to the specific policy terms and conditions (clause, para etc) that excludes multi-focal lenses? Calls and emails to your customer care have not been helpful at all to clarify the issue. END

By not responding to customer’s repeated requests for update over last 15+ weeks, you are harassing genuine customer who has paid full amount in advance; this is very stressful and feel very upset & angry for being cheated like this 2/3
