@AXS_UK hi I registered for Taylor Swift tickets in London and haven’t received an email with a code or to say I’m waitlisted but it seems the majority of other people have already had the email?

@SW_Help hello I emailed your customer relations email regarding a refund and they have asked for these details instead of account number and sort code?

SICKENS me that landlords can put rent up by 20% and that's just "the market" but a wage increase of 10% is considered a greedy demand. The landlord class and the employing class are the same people and now they've normalised in-work poverty they wanna force us out of our homes

@SW_Help Why not prepaid taxis or replacement buses? What do you expect people to do who can’t afford to just spare £50 for a taxi with no other alternatives to get home???

@thetrainline @GC_Rail why over sell your trains so much that this is how people are travelling from the north to London? Pay nearly £200 for tickets and this is how we’re expected to travel? Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. How do I get a refund for this?

@LNER why are the trains up to Darlington being cancelled today? There are no strikes today are they? Will the 9pm train be running? Myself and hundreds of others are trying to get home for Christmas…

@thetrainline @LNER please can someone explain this? I have had no notification of my train being cancelled and am aware the strike begins at 18:00 yet LNER says the last train is 11am? Am I going to be able to travel home to see my family at Christmas or not??

@wizzair I put a claim for compensation in 40 days ago and have been told my payment is in progress for over a month when it says it will take several days?? I’m told the call centre can’t help with claims so who can tell me why I haven’t received payment yet??
