In life you have to run YOUR OWN race at YOUR OWN pace. nearly every mistake I’ve made in business or life has been a result of me rushing because I felt something had to be done by a certain time which is almost never the case. take your time..it’s your life.

set clear goals with actionable steps (inputs) to achieve them. your goal is a $100k/m rev? Identify daily actionable inputs & go after those your goal is lose 15lbs? Identify diet inputs, exercise inputs, etc goals with no plan or direction are pointless

working on being more grateful for today. I find myself at times getting so caught up in the next goal/milestone and forget to fully appreciate I’m experiencing the life I could only dream of having when I was younger.

I love working out because it’s just you alone with your thoughts. It’s a great mental exercise too. There’s no trying to look cool or faking it. There’s nowhere to hide. It’s either you want it or you don’t. Just you vs you. It’s like a metaphor for life 😂
