super smash bros melee is fully decompiled, this project started in july 2020, so it took over 6 years. the progress was hugely accelerated by llms and finished off with astra. it's a very large game with 3.88mb of compiled code. github.com/doldecomp/melee

voice mode orchestrator in codex is... pretty slow but its such a pleasant way to work, esp for quick clean up / polish tasks. I can see this mode of working being absolutely magical once its smoother.

@BrettFromDJ @VladShumovv ^ starting in a nocode builder has been super helpful to visualize how elements stack & nest & interact. a lot clearer than than devtools (for me). building the basic architecture manually gives me a clearer mental model and makes debugging things a lot easier.
