There was no vote… And if a senate vote was held today on whether or not to continue with the Ninjas, it would lose. For all the complaining about Governor acting unilaterally without legislative vote, senate leadership has been doing the same for 7 months

@stephen_richer Aren’t all votes in the Senate public information? @FannKfann
@TomPolhaus @FannKfann This whole audit was done without a vote. It was just one committee chairman issuing a subpoena and then senate president deciding to use a non-competitive process to launch this audit.
@stephen_richer @TomPolhaus @FannKfann Stephen is correct. The "audit" is occurring without a vote. It started under the former state senate Judiciary chairman, then renewed by the current chairman. The only vote we've ever taken was on contempt for County BOS. We've had zero input on audit itself and the process.
@stephen_richer @TomPolhaus @FannKfann Why don't you back an audit and assist with it so as to restore faith in the elections or are you upset it will reveal fraud you are trying to hide?
@stephen_richer @TomPolhaus @FannKfann Why is Richer working so hard against the audit? This will be the most thorough audit ever conducted in the history of elections and Richer is acting like a felony has been committed. Why??
@stephen_richer @TomPolhaus @FannKfann Fann and Farnsworth issued the subpoena back in December and it seems she had a twitter conversation with Ali Alexander also in December. azsenaterepublicans.com/post/statement…
@stephen_richer @TomPolhaus @FannKfann - we in Arizona deserve to know if our Vote counted and not offset by an ilegal incorrect double scan vote - can’t move forward until a the audit is complete fully with canvassing the vote @LatinosForTrump #Arizona #Tucson #Nogales
@stephen_richer @TomPolhaus @FannKfann How does the Senate President get to spend $150,000 up front (and create more potential liability by indemnifying Cyber Ninjas) without a single vote of the Senate?
