Hi @BTBusiness - any updates on the broadband problem in TF7? It went off last night at 20:34 and status page now says it won’t be fixed until 7pm. What’s actually gone wrong? And how do I claim loss of service for two business broadband lines?

Much as it’s lovely to win one of the daily £10 prizes on @PostcodeLottery, now that the monthly cost has gone up to £12, the “You have won £10 per ticket” email should probably be changed to “You only lost £2 per ticket this month!”

Apple Music replay stats seem a little wrong. I’m seen someone say that it doesn’t include tracks played from playlists. That might explain it. But it doesn’t explain how an album that came out last month and I’ve listened to twice is logged as 17 plays.

.@HMRCcustomers I’ve had over 15 messages since last night about resetting my government gateway password. I know you keep saying ignore them, but can you assure us that everything’s locked down? Surely if an account is hacked whilst this is happening , HMRC would be liable?
