X appears to become the home of Nasty Angry people spouting bile and trolling anyone with views they disagree with. X excuses their behaviour as freedom of speech when it’s actually plain old bullying. It’s impossible to leave as it’s always “busy-try later” delete works tho :)

Why are #thameswater wasting time and money installing meters when they should be prioritising leaks keeping, keeping our rivers clean and putting investment before dividends. If water companies were honest and service led people might trust them and their technology.

Caught @thameswater sneaking a water meter on me so refused. I’ll consider a meter when they fix their leaks, stop dumping effluent in our rivers, stop justifying dividends and bonuses with lies and start behaving like a public service. #refusewatermeters #privatisewatercompanies

Are @thameswater taking the piss? They have the temerity to send mails telling us how to save water. A company fraudulently paying dividends, pouring sewage into rivers, failing to fix leaks and expecting a captive customer base to bail them out of their own shit. Disgraceful!

Anyone else think its odd that you tube have suspended Russel Brands revenues given the harmful rubbish they allow. You may not like or agree with him but to silence him on he basis of “media investigation” is odd. Have the media replaced the police and legal system?

Are #thameswater serious? They have taken significant share in billions of £’s in taxpayers money to invest in infrastructure, paid millions to shareholders and senior bonuses, bankrupting the company and say bills need to rise by 40%. We should be able to claim every penny back

The current state of our water utilities was predicted 20 years ago, private companies granted billions to invest (which was paid in dividends) and we are going to have to pay again to fix it. It’s the shareholders that should own this debt, not us! theguardian.com/environment/20…
