As I've commented on here often- Waverley is an experience not to be missed. Even if you can't book a ticket to sail on her, make sure you're around Tower Bridge at the right time to see this. I was lucky to see it on my guided walk last Saturday! Watch this with the sound up. 😄

I was on my walk close to Tower Bridge this afternoon and we saw the Waverley sail through -as usual she whistled to the bridge, and the bridge returned her greeting! What a great bonus to the usual walk. There was a cruise ship tied up to HMS Belfast but Waverley stole the show.

Did a trip to Chelmsford today, and walked the 3 mile river walk to Writtle- beautiful village. Spent time on the village green by the duck pond, and then had a drink in the really cute pub called the Wheatsheaf. Return walk to the City for another drink in a bigger pub! 🍻😊

Well, I can see exactly why it's won first prize! At full screen, the extreme clarity and depth of focus gives this such a 3D presence, that you feel you can reach out and touch that boulder in the foreground to left of centre! The light and shadow enhances the effect. Superb!😊
