Bah, @MicrosoftEdge and @googlechrome now don't allow ZstdContentEncodingEnabled disabling, and our proxy has issues with Zstd. :-/

In EntraID you can create a new cloud user with no "mail" or "proxyAddresses" attributes. However, if a mail address is added, you can't then remove it again. And I want to be able to! The Graph Update user doc for mail says "Can't be updated to null." Any ideas anyone? @azuread
