I just drove back from Springfield and the roads are slick but passable. There isn't anyway to tell how they will be in the morning at this time. I am going to try to get some sleep so I can wake up early and check the roads out.

The weather.gov site is showing between 1-2 inches of total accumulation tomorrow with another possible inch Friday. Those numbers alone should not interfere with school. Once again, it is the borderline temps... facebook.com/district117/po…

At 3:09 pm, weather.gov just released new accumulation prediction charts and they look better for us. Those charts show a 70% chance of 1 inch for Thursday (midnight to midnight), but only a 20% chance of 2 inches.... facebook.com/district117/po…
