Do we know the status of the 2021 QBI deduction yet on the new legislation, #TaxTwitter ? Did it survive the new legislation?
Hey #TaxTwitter - how are you calculating average hours paid from Jan 1 2020, in order to use Form 3508EZ? There is no time period given to compare against.
Has #TaxTwitter found an easy way to compute these FTE requirements for PPP, or is it always a laborious process?
