@TUIUK on hold trying to get through this should have been resolved ages ago it’s unfair I have 2 small children who need my attention 9th phone call on hold over an hour it’s disgusting!

@TUIUK 8 phone calls equalling to over 8hrs on hold to be told I would get a call back (which I did today and missed it) voice mail left to say I would receive an email with my amendments (no email sent) or for me to call back on the same number that I have used to be on hold !
@TUIUK Hi Hayley; thanks for the reply. I requested a change but their was only 1 room left. Our holiday is on 1st aug and needed to be change by 18th. Katelyn called me to discuss amendments but missed the call and still haven’t got an email
