@lebaraau I am having problems activating my sim. I wanted to transfer my existing number. I put the sim in the phone last Saturday. Since then nothing has happened. Lebara have not replied to my email nor responded on the chat line. How do I resolve this issue?

@KayLeonie @British_Airways I am in the same position in seeking a refund from BA. Singapore Airlines have an on-line refund option. Why can't BA do the same?

@SingaporeAir SIA has just cancelled my flight from Perth to Singapore scheduled for the 31st March. How do I claim a refund on my ticket? Re-booking at a future date is of no value to me. I'm trying to return to the UK where I live.

@British_Airways I've paid a £300 deposit for a BA holiday in Lanzarote early May. The balance is due on 29th March. If I cancel before the final payment is due can I get a travel voucher for the £300 deposit?

@FlySWISS There is no flight shown in the timetable from Zurich to Florence for my scheduled departure date of 2nd April. The earliest date is 4th April which is no good. I'll repeat my original request which is to be re-routed from Zurich to London on the 2nd April.
