My weighing scales says I’m 179lbs and I’m screaming. I still feel like I should be in the 190s. Just can’t believe this is real and this is me. I wish I did body checks when I was 190 so I could compare

I literally lost 30lbs last year and I can feel the difference in my clothes but I don’t feel like I look any better and I need to lose another 50 so I’m still so far from my goals

I can’t wait to start losing again because once I start, my motivation will grow and it’ll be easier to keep going. I’m just so fat that I still feel a long way from my goals
