[bucky's face breaks out into a weak smile.]
[steves rips the restraints off bucky, who continues to stare listlessly up at the ceiling. when steves comes into his line of sight, though, bucky turns to look at him.]
[steve enters the room to find bucky strapped to a chair as his voice trails off. he gapes at bucky, taking him in.]
[steve tells the prisoners where he'll meet them and they escape, taking out the prison guards and commandeering vehicles. meanwhile, steve continues to search for bucky; he's about to pursue zola down a corridor when he hears a faint voice.]
there’s an isolation ward in the factory, but no one’s ever come back from it.
is there anybody else? i’m looking for a sergeant james barnes.
[steve sneaks into the factory and incapacitates some of the guards, before finding where the prisoners are kept and unlocking their cages.]
[scene 4: inside a hydra prison camp, austria — captain america: the first avenger]
[steve rushes out to a jeep outside. we're reasonably certain he doesn't know how to drive.]
by the time he’s done that, it could be too late!
