@studio_co_uk what a disgrace!!! Complain you never received nearly £100 delivery and because their automated reporting system is crap, I have to still pay for it cos its 'too late' - ombudsman here I come !!!!

@studio_co_uk I need help with an order (bed frame). You said it can't be cancelled as Arrow XL have confirmed the order but they have confirmed they have not received the item from you. This order was placed on 31/12.

@studio_co_uk ordered twice and both times you sent me the wrong item. The returns process is a joke having to take photos of the item before you sent me returns label - now it’s happened again- plus I paid outright for both items and haven’t even got s refund for the first one !

@studio_co_uk Why are you charging me for an item that you cancelled and did not deliver? You have told me it will be refunded but it hasn't and you are chasing me for payment and charging me late fees. Customer service has been useless.

@studio_co_uk @demonwrangler Whole company is a joke! Ordered a personalised item, was sent a blank one. Complained and was told to reorder even though they’d stopped doing personalisation as it was close to Xmas. Still waiting for a refund 🙄

@studio_co_uk its no good ringing me 7 times a day and sending me letters. The reason your not getting your payment is cos I can't get in to my account and haven't been able to since November. So now your probably charging me more pushing me in to debit. Sort you app out🤦🏻‍♀️

@studio_co_uk @prkendrick I have been trying since the 3rd December to get a charge removed from my account for an unfulfilled order that ended up being cancelled. I have sent DM’s on Twitter, emailed, Facebook, no resolution. If this impacts my credit score then @TheFCA

@studio_co_uk I have no choice but to take them to court, I have every email with them using every trick in the book trying to not honour the consumers rights, over 15 emails. BE WARNED THEY DON’T FOLLOW THE LAW.

@studio_co_uk No refund and no goods supplied. I have e-mailed you numerous times and provided you with all the details you requested yet you still have not provided the goods or a refund. This is not compliant with the consumer rights act of 2015.

@viccrawshaw @studio_co_uk Keep doing the same to me, waiting for a refund since 7th December...they are constantly buying time while our money sits in their bank account making interest!
