Instead of being swayed by the self-doubt, do the reverse. Mag “yabang” ka sa sarili mo. Ipagmalaki mo yung preparations mo. Ulit-ulitin mong alalahanin ang progress mo throughout review. I-recall mo lahat ng victories mo hindi lang as an RPm reviewee, but as a person.
