Two interns I worked with didn’t get full-time offers. They told me even internships are not counted as experience in many places. Still treated as freshers with 0 years. They’re already 25. I asked “what now?” They said they’re going home. They don’t want to, but they have to. I just sat with them. Didn’t know what else to do It’s a hard time for freshers right now.
