@autoalex that'll be an abandon from us. Refund request/chargeback incoming for #shedfest. Waste of time

@autoalex well this has been a shit experience so far. So glad I got up at 6am, then travelled 2.5hours to sit in a queue for 1.5 hours and counting. Think a few refunds are in order... #shedfest

@NoelTitheradge To describe this as "widely being misused" when you've identified a *potential* 150 reports out of tens of millions of BWV videos filmed a year is irresponsible at best and deliberately misleading biased journalism at worst. Also you can't delete BWV footage so that's inaccurate

@RoyalMailHelp Hi there. I have an Amazon royal mail collection label with barcode/tracking etc - the postie keeps arriving outside the times quoted so i keep missing him. Can i just take the parcel to the local post office to be scanned in and sent instead using the same label?

@CrueltyFreeIntl Disgusting.

@MailOnline @TheSun This is horrendous, especially as he's a blue badge holder too and needs his car

@TheRAC_UK have stolen my car. Picked it up after a breakdown 9 days ago. Called 3rd time now only to be told that there is no way for me to contact logistics and no manager that I can talk to. I'll be reporting it stolen and cancelling my membership. Disgusting service.

@TheRAC_UK This is pretty horrendous. You've recovered this guys car 10 days ago, lost it and now can't get anyone to give him the time of day. The customer service at RAC is seemingly like Yodels/Hermes where you can't actually talk to anyone!

@grantshapps can you confirm that there are plans to drop the requirement that you had to buy oil Sept 2022 or later for the AFP? It seems very unfair that 99% of oil users got given it automatically regardless of when they paid to heat their house!

@itvMLshow Can you clarify if the AFP requirement will be changed so all receive it, not just those who bought oil after Sept 2022? Most people received it automatically regardless of when they bought heating oil!

@energygovuk @itvMLshow As everyone else has said, for those of us who filled up in August 2022 when everyone was concerned oil prices were going to go up to $300 a barrel - why do we get left out? Nearly everyone else got it paid automatically regardless of when they filled up!

@Hermesparcels I've had a parcel that has stopped tracking after a delivery was attempted. Can you look into where it has gone? It's been 4 days with no updates on tracking. H00VCA0000364520

@CeXSupport Hi there, I was wondering if CeX did NHS discount online? A friend got 10% going in store, but we live quite a way from a CeX store!

@OoniHQ hi Ooni. Are you still doing NHS/emergency services discount and can it be used in conjunction with the black Friday deal? Thanks

@sethweathers Congrats, you got a paranoid conspiracy theorist to agree with you.

@sethweathers I don't think she was "triggered". It's terrifying how you are a person in a position of power.

@jemmapage @BBCWorld @sethweathers @AmeshiaCross I was thinking the same thing! He's quite possibly the slimiest person I've ever seen. Is this what American's have to put up with on their news?! How he can present things as "fact" that clearly are not is incredible.

@ContiUK ????
