@EtihadHelp I have forwarded email to Etihad travel bank team, that clearly states my travel voucher was due expiration on 4/30. It is another fact now that while following up with Etihad, we have actually crossed the 4/30 date. This is not customer’s fault but Etihad’s.

@EtihadHelp It’s just so unfortunate that when we showed trust during troubled times in having our money stay with Etihad, Etihad is just being so insensitive to customer’s concerns by trashing away the travel vouchers from customer accounts without any warnings. I feel deceived & cheated…

@etihad - Trying to reach out to airlines regarding missing travel bank credit, call centre folks won’t (and can’t) access the travel bank related stuff and email sent by me has no response from over 7 days. Already called several times regarding this. Any help is appreciated!

@etihadHelp It’s been over 5 days talking on Twitter via DM and another 7 days talking via email! I am really frustrated waiting to get an answer and refund of my flight tickets and waiting over 12 days without any ETA from @etihad , @etihadHelp … can someone please help?
