Urgent attention of the authorities solicited. Kharavela Enclave project by OSHB is languishing for last 13 years solely doe to bureaucratic apathy, technical incompetence and indifferent supervision of the premiere state housing agency.

@vkpandianod Sir We hope this letter has reached you to see a 13 year never ending housing board Kharvel enclave project still incomplete but rest all projects like hockey stadium ,kharvel bhawan were finished in record time. No one cares about common people's concern.

Already allotee died with out even staying for a day in his dream flat.Thanks to housing Board. 13 years long wait. Still counting. No one listens. Many letters given to CM, 5T secy. Only false promises made and the contractor gets all benefits by delaying the project.

@CMO_Odisha Year 2010 project Kharvel enclave by OSHB has been delayed for more than 12 years. Inaugurated by Hon CM,this is yet to be completed. Some allottees have left this world with a never ending wait.many Secretaries changed, MD changed, engineers changed, wait is still on

Many do not know that the FAR (Floor Area Ratio) for real estate development in Odisha was increased to 7.0 (highest in the country) by amending the Odisha Development Rules This will lead to taller buildings. & put pressure on ground water & infrastructure ENVIRONMENT?

@KharavelaE @MoSarkar5T @HUDgov @CMO_Odisha @GovernorOdisha @HUDDeptOdisha With a delay of 7 plus years in the project, even the very first condition of ORERA registration of having a registered agreement of sale with each allottee in the prescribed format is not complied. OSHB flouting RERA guidelines is very disturbing.
