@HathwayBrdband @sunil2007 just saying sorry is no good. Not only your service is bad, your customer service is even worse. I got only automated replies, when I tried to complain and enquire about my disconnection. I was middle of something very important and made a huge loss because of Hathway.

@HathwayBrdband don't u know hw much we'r neddy? Today was the last day of my last rechrge still I rechrge it again to avoid problems. still you guys stop my internet and after rechrge it is same. why cuscare taking long time fr a simple issue? wht u think we don't hv wrk or ofc?

Just cancel the service and go for new ISP #jiofiber #actfiber or #airtelextreme even local isp should be fine, @HathwayBrdband is waste.

Put a thick cable & u cant switch to the better services thereafter :(

I have done that, these #nodal #appellate teams are of no use @HathwayBrdband @DoT_India @TRAI @consumerforum_ they neither can resolve the issue not cancel my a/c @MinisterKTR sir so please cancel their #isp #license in #telangana #wfh is being impacted.
