How many successful companies start off small & incredibly focused only to grow large and polluted with century old mgt styles?
What makes you think it's good to have tons of process, deep hierarchies & lots of bureaucracy just because your company is now large?
If you started an org of 20 ppl would you have tons of process, bureaucracy & hierarchy & have performance mgt systems? I thought not.
Today I told our HR Director that our company of 900 ppl uses mgt tools invented in the 1920s. I wonder where my brass balls came from? :)
