We're going to go live in a few hours! - we'll start warming up at 4, login to the Zoom session (link in bio) couple of minutes earlier - You'll need a sturdy chair/ stool for the workout (knee level-ish height) - Keep a water bottle ready. - Have folks at home? Drag them in!

If there's one underutilized cue with the deadlift, it's "push the earth away". The deadlift is often classified as a pull.
