I arrived at inpatient today. Tbh I don't know what I want to do with this account but I also don't know if I want to recover. I'll probably get less active tho

I miss not waking up in so much pain everyday. Even if I would mentally be able to go to school, I couldn't physicly. Most days I can just rot on my sofa and then I work out or purge and just make it worse

My head is screaming at me that I'm fat but I'm just incredibly bloated since days for no reason. That's why I pinch the skin because I can't be fat if that's everything I can grab, right?

4 days of like 1-2 hours of intense exercise was kinda too much. Needed to stop after 1h and 20 minutes today because even tho I took a nap I feel like I could fall asleep standing up, walking hurts, I have a headache and feel nauseous

I'm still trying to figure out if it is muscle or fat that I gained. I would post a comparison bc but I don't want to share this picture to such a wide audience. Would some of you want to be in my circle? I probably would post more bcs there and maybe vent and talk about my days

I gained like 2-3kg from being at my lw. 1,5 where from the holidays, the rest from b/p and failing a small recovery attempt but honestly I don't want to know how much I would've gained already if I wouldn't purge and work out like 1-2 hours a day. I don't want to promote it tho
