7/ With the refund queue, the whole ordeal took 7 HOURS for a 3-hour trip. I got the standard 50% refund. That is not adequate. Do better, @unsereOEBB.

6/ There was zero mercy at any point — not from the driver, not the transfer staff, not the refund desk. After we'd queued 30 min, the agent picked up his food and walked off without a word. Everyone gets a break — but you say "back in 10 min." Silence is contempt.

5/ The bus driver acted like a king — barking orders, refusing boarding. I watched him physically drag a young Asian woman off the bus. No "sorry," no "please." The transfer scene looked like a refugee evacuation, not a European railway in 2026.

4/ Worse: fellow passengers at your service desk said ÖBB kept selling tickets for this train before departure, knowing full well there wasn't capacity — oversold, and not just our train. That's not bad luck, that's a choice.

3/ Stranding hundreds in a border town was a disaster. No Uber, no Bolt, no alternatives — just 2 or 3 black-market taxis charging extortionate cash fares with no receipts. ÖBB created the market for that exploitation.

@robert_spalding I’ve seen so many retweets of this message. But did anybody do a fact check on this message? A link to the video where Tucker did that endorsement would be helpful.

@DrewVento Apple seems to do the dirty trick again. Remember the under lock scandal? Only this time with keypads. Sometimes I want to smash my iPhone to the ground. It’s this bad.
