My bank will be disputing this unauthorized charge on my account. For the record, it was charged on my NEW CARD. Not the card that I originally signed up @Instacart with. I am not sure how you guys got that information. But it sounds illegal. Thanks for nothing @InstacartHelp
@Instacart it is no wonder why my last activity on the app is from 2021. Literally 2021, and ya’ll still manage to find something to charge lol right..
It’s not like ya’ll aren’t a billion dollar corporation who can’t refund me the $99 I did not subscribe to. It’s the principle at this point. I’m never ever using this app once I settle this. I hope others don’t either.
@Instacart is having difficult time verifying my information but not a difficult time taking money out of my account for something I did not consent to. What is this $99 charge that not only I, but countless others have complained about?
@Instacart @Instacart also, I did find more than a handful of Reddit threads that were about people getting charged the same amount and not knowing about it.
@Instacart I’m not sure how this happened since I don’t use the app at all anymore. My information was wrong yet you guys found a way to charge my account. How convenient.
@Instacart you guys charged me $99 for a subscription I did not consent to. I haven’t used your app in ages and customer service asking me to verify my account was a testament to that. Supposedly every info I provided was incorrect.
@Instacart charged me $99 for lord knows what!! I had not used instacart in I don’t know how long. I called customer service and tried disputing this, also giving as much information as I can and apparently, everything info I give them is incorrect.
@TMobile horrible, dishonest service that has been charging me $81 since I’ve cancelled my account in June this year. It is now November and I’ve been charged almost $400 worth of nothing. I haven’t received any confirmation emails or bill statements either. Awful, awful service.
@TMobile and am I getting my money back? Probably not because you company is full of money hungry CEO’s. I feel bad for the employees who work this company having to deal with the short end of the stick not even getting paid what they deserve.
@hhayzull Welcome to the club!! Road to 100 and never looked back Lmao occasionally, yes 🤣
I’m mistaken for being “judgmental” because I call people out for being stupid lol stop being delusional. Judgey is IF I talk about how people dress.. that’s none of my business. But stupidity, you’re giving me second hand embarrassment. Just stop being dumb.
When people say “no caption needed” … isn’t that a caption? 🤣🙂🤔
If I see you in the bathroom not washing your hands properly, I’m fucking judging you.
@rdilla_ Okay girl. I see you been rolling through the hood.
