How do we empower learners to be self-starters? Students should be able to choose the tools they work best with. If we allow them to go beyond the traditional classroom, embrace the tools we are not comfortable with, they can start to lead the way for us all. #avsbookchat

Empowering students allows them to set goals for themselves. They become invested in their own learning for the purpose of meeting their own goals. When we set the goals, they don't feel ownership and disconnect from their school experiences. #avsbookchat
