@Fran20923 @tdsb @tdsb talk about mental health and wellbeing is just that. Talk. Spent three hours this morning planning non-tech activities for the week since we likely won’t have laptops returned in the morning if school is open. Never in 27+ years of teaching seen morale as low as it has been

@tdsb Hi! Staff here! I just spent 3 hours today packing my tech up, and rearranging my furniture. I spend hours yesterday planning for in person this week, planning to support my students learning from home and writing report cards. Now I have more work to do? And more to set up?

@tdsb Soo you inform teachers at 7pm the night before to now plan for remote learning tomorrow! So you expect us now to spend our Sunday night planning. Have you no compassion or even understand what the workload is like to do this! So much for caring about our mental health.

To receive this email at 7 pm Sunday evening. After already prepping IN person plans AND asynchronous choice boards and lessons … This policy was created December 13th only to change it at literally the very FIRST chance the #TDSB was able. Shame on you. And where is the union?
