A property is more than its walls, views, and square footage. We’re four people building TeamSynod around the art of telling its story through video. If you work in real estate, architecture, or property development: what makes a property stand out to you?

Aerial shots show the building. But what makes you imagine you living there? For a residential development film, what should the first 3 seconds show? 1. An exterior reveal 2. Arriving experience 3. Architecture close-up, materials Curious what architects and developer think.

@Architizer Connecting two existing houses around a central garden is a thoughtful approach. The garden feels like the element that brings the whole project together.

@HSSP_Architects The detail-design stage is where a strong concept has to translate into something that can actually be built. The coordination behind that deserves more attention.

@Architizer Finished shots show the results but the making-of captures the decisions, materials and problem-solving that give a project its story. Both deserve to be seen.

@TOBINengineers Nice to see the mix of housing types in one single development. The way the homes, streets and green spaces come together will shape how the neighbourhood feels day to day.

@andrewlwfoy Presentation can make a property opportunity compelling, but trust comes from the details behind it. Both matter when reaching buyers who are evaluating a project from overseas.

@UAEEmbassyUK A development of this scale does more than add homes — it reshapes an entire neighbourhood. The combination of new housing and public space is particularly interesting here.

@UpHonestReal The gap between identifying a promising site and actually making it buildable is fascinating. Planning constraints can completely change the story of a project.

@OnLondon @CharlesWright57 @mtpennycook @cityoflondon The balance between preserving a city's character and allowing it to evolve is fascinating. Good development should respect the context around it, not just stand out from it.

@cherryforums The façade has a strong rhythm and planted upper levels soften the overall look. Curious how the ground-floor frontage will connect with the surrounding Angel streetscape.

@BobKnakal Interesting that how much the timing behind a project can shape the final outcome. What was the biggest factor in turning the pressure into leverage here?

Four of us decided to build an agency. And we’re starting with Real estate. We’re TeamSynod — creating cinematic videos for properties, developers, and real-estate brands. No big story yet. Just the beginning. We’ll share the journey here. What makes you stop scrolling?
