I think engineers and researchers obsess over replacing all creative work with foundational models. When in reality they should focus on helping creative artists use AI to enhance their videos imo. @jomakaze founder mode is a solid example

Job market in Big Tech is still pretty bad (headcount isn’t growing) from what I’ve heard and seen. This is probably attributed to a few things: 1) @elonmusk purge of Twitter/X has shown you don’t need a ton of employees 2) more “996” culture, teams are working as hard as ever…
